Kiss in the administration

It is the acronym for "Keep it simple, stupid", initially associated with engineering design. The KISS principle states that many systems work best if they are kept simple; therefore, simplicity should be a design goal or principle, and unnecessary complexity should be avoided.

Value Chain Management
The value chain is based on the concept that the company must create value in the products and services it offers its customers, so the question arises as to what this value is or refers to.A fundamental concept of Porter's theory is margin. Margin is the value that the company's products and services have from the customer's point of view, minus costs.
