E-Business Matrix 

The methodology used uses a double-entry matrix (2 x 2) to group the different types of business a particular company has. In the vertical axis of the matrix, the growth in the market is defined, while in the horizontal axis, the market share is presented. Therefore, business units should be placed in one of these quadrants according to their importance in terms of strategic value.
