TOPIC: Organizations that learn.
OBJECTIVE: To analyze strategies and disciplines for continuous improvement.

There are five disciplines so that organizations can learn completely and simply and are:
  • The personal domain
  • Systematic learning
  • The mental models
  • The shared vision
Information Subsystems
  1. Transaction Processing Systems (TPS).
  2. Systems of work of knowledge (KWS).
  3. Support Systems for Decision Making (DSS).
  4. Management Information System (MIS).
  5. Executive Support System (ESS).

Tic's 

Advantages:
  1. To provide great benefits and advances in health and education.
  2. To empower people and social actors, NGOs, etc., through support and exchange networks and discussion lists.
  3. Supporting SMEs of local entrepreneurs to present and sell their products through the Internet.
  4. Enable interactive learning and distance learning.
  5. To impart new knowledge for employability that requires many skills (integration, teamwork, motivation, discipline, etc.).
Disadvantages:
  1. Lack of privacy.
  2. Isolation.
  3. Fraud.
  4. It reduces the number of jobs.
RESULTS 
In conclusion of the class, it was possible to learn about the different systems that the companies have and also the advantages and disadvantages that the TIC´S can offer.
